I enjoy the quality of the blinds that we received, but was dissapointed that the detail of the pull string was missed and was in the wrong place on 2/4 of the blinds that I ordered. Additionally the cords were set up in a way that the blind is uneven when I let them down. With some playing around with it, we were able to fix it.

I ordered cocoa color cordless bottom-up/top down for the bedroom. The option to 1/8 inch makes for a perfect fit. Downside was not the blind, but the framing of my window, which has a lot of cut in designs. Barely a glow of light on the sides, but that is due to the window frame, not the blind. Once they were installed, I was so excited how crisp and clean the look of the whole room was.

As for the ordering process- could not be easier. Blinds arrived in two weeks without even a dent in the box. I would recommend this company to anyone.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
